About the role
Xplosiv Supplements is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Part Time team member to join our growing retail store in the heart of Hastings Central, Hawkes Bay.
What you'll be doing
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients
Assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing retail space
Restocking and replenishing merchandise as required
Handling cash and card transactions accurately
Contributing to the overall success of the store through your positive attitude and dedication
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the health and wellness industry
A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a tidy and organised work environment
Flexibility to work a part-time schedule 10am-4pm on Sundays
A team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
