About the role
As an Appliance Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customers' appliances are functioning at their best. This full-time position will be for an Appliance Repair Technician to work alongside clients current Technicians, repairing domestic whiteware/appliances.(Ovens, cooktops etc., Washing machines, Dryers, Dishwashers, Fridges, etc.).
What you'll be doing- Diagnose and repair a range of domestic whiteware/appliances.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and resolve any issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all service and repair work undertaken.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Assist with the installation of new appliances when required.
- Keep up to date with the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
- 3 years relevant experience
- Experience with refrigeration a bonus but not required.
- Able to pass a background test
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
