Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service by following the APL customer service charter.

Process customer orders, including bulk imports, manual entries, and order changes, with 100% accuracy.

Prioritize urgent orders and ensure stock availability before processing.

Run and monitor control reports, handling exceptions as needed.

Assist the Customer Service team with inquiries and issue resolution.

Back up the receptionist when required and cover other team tasks during absences.

Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and sister companies.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

Excellent Computer Skills: Proficient in using relevant software and tools for order management and reporting.
Industry Experience: Experience in building, aluminium, powder coating, or window industries is highly regarded, though not essential.

Self-Management: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues alike.

Commitment to Customer Service: A dedication to delivering high-quality service and upholding company values.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving challenges.

Continuous Improvement: Willingness to look for ways to improve processes and share ideas with colleagues.
