We have an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to join our respected Gerontology Nursing team, where your emerging expertise will make a tangible difference in the lives of older adults across the Waitemata district.
About the Team/Service/ Location
This role will be based in Rodney (Hibiscus Coast Warkworth) - with potential inpatient work at Waitakere Hospital
As part of our community-based team, youll be supported to work both independently and collaboratively with Geriatricians, General Practitioners, Residential Aged Care providers, and whanau to:
- Champion proactive, person-centred care
- Improve access and health outcomes for older people
- Diagnose, assess, and manage complex health needs across the care continuum

About you
Youre a clinical leader who inspires others and drives excellence in gerontology care. You bring:
- Proven experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Gerontology
- A Master of Nursing degree with advanced assessment and diagnostic reasoning skills
- A passion for education and continuous improvement in gerontology practice
