Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior legal professionals
• Managing trust accounts and assisting with reconciliations and compliance
• Supporting matters related to executive leasing and property transactions
• Drafting and formatting legal documents and correspondence
• Diary management, file maintenance, and client communications
• Liaising with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a legal secretary in a senior role
• Sound knowledge of trust account handling and relevant compliance
• Experience with executive leasing and property-related documentation
• AML (Anti-Money Laundering) knowledge will be highly advantageous
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A stable and consistent work history is essential
