- Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the roleIn this role you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team based out of Wakari Hospital, working in a case management capacity to deliver a supportive service to our clients.
You'll work autonomously but will be well embedded in a team of dedicated mental health professionals.This role will include delivering focused nursing treatment and provision of effective case management to a specific patient caseload, with the possibility of crisis work.
