Online Shopping Assistant- Can you work at a fast pace, while maintaining accuracy?

The successful applicant will be mainly picking online orders. This is a busy, deadline driven position where you need to be able to think on your feet, have great customer service skills and be able to work quickly to achieve our deadlines.
Ideally, you will already have a good product knowledge of the range of items we sell and be able to quickly learn and understand our process for fulfilling orders - yes we have a few tricks up our sleeve to speed up this process so being able to follow our game plan is the key.
You will need to be accurate to complete orders in a given timeframe and to meet our customer expectations, encouraging customers to use our online service again and again.
This is a physical role - you are on your feet for most of the shift picking orders in the shop.
The role is Sun/Mon/Wed/Thurs 5am to 1pm = total of 30hrs/week. However, some flex is needed to cover staff absences and changing customer needs reflected in their ordering patterns. We will discuss this at the interview.
