Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll help business units identify risks, build strong controls, and meet legislative and policy obligations. This role works closely with our Risk & Compliance Office and offers plenty of variety-alongside strategic input and hands-on support.
Responsibilities will include: Identify and assess business risks, run workshops and coordinate mitigation plans.Maintain and assure risk registers and control frameworks.Monitor compliance with legislation, regulations and internal policy.Support Business Continuity Planning and risk reporting.Represent the group in organisational risk forums.Provide expert advice while building strong, constructive relationshipsMōu | About you Tertiary qualification or 5+ years of proven experience in risk or compliance.Strong understanding of risk and compliance management frameworks.Excellent communication, influencing and documentation skills.Confident working across business units, with a collaborative mindset.Skilled in analysing data, managing priorities and solving problems.Mō ACC |Working at ACC ACC also has a range of benefits on offer to its employees from a generous superannuation employer contribution (9%) to employee wellbeing and assistance programmes.

The appointing salary range for this role is $117,787- $152,430 with appointment depending on skills and experience of the successful applicant.
