Assistant Breadroom Operator/Dispatch Team Member
The opportunity
We are looking for motivated people to join the Dispatch team as Breadroom Operators at our Quality Bakers site in East Tamaki, Auckland.
You will possess a willingness and an aptitude to learn and ideally have some warehouse experience. To ensure success in this role you will have good physical strength and a good eye for detail especially with regards to safety and housekeeping.
Key accountabilities of the role include:
- Automated Order picking
- Barrowing/Manual handling bread stacks
- Adhering to the company's Health and Safety and Food Safety policies and procedures
- General warehouse duties
The successful applicant will have:
- Warehouse experience is desirable although full training will be provided
- Good communication and numerical skills
- Willingness and aptitude to learn.
- Forklift licence and experience preferable
Shift patterns available is NIGHT shift:
Tuesday 12pm - 7.15am
Wednesday - 7.15pm - 7.00am
Thursday - 7.15pm - 7.00am
Friday - 7.15pm - 7.00am
Pay rate starts at $$27.65 per hour plus night shift allowance
