A driven and experienced Senior Delivery Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about driving outcomes, and loves leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact work. You’ll be a natural collaborator who is comfortable navigating complexity, solving problems, and bringing structure to ambiguity.
What does the job involve?
As a Senior Delivery Lead, you'll coordinate the delivery of our quarterly change programme and help embed our enterprise-wide delivery practice. You will:
- Lead cross-functional delivery squads to deliver initiatives aligned to strategic priorities.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of key projects across the business.
- Coordinate planning, sequencing, and resourcing across the change programme.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and obstacles across delivery workstreams.
- Ensure delivery governance practices are followed and outcomes are clearly measured.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Tech, and Business Operations.
What you’ll need to bring:
- A curious and learning mindset.
- Proven experience delivering cross-functional programmes and managing complex projects.
- Excellent organisational skills with a bias for action.
- A collaborative approach and ability to influence without authority.
- Experience in agile, hybrid, or scaled delivery environments.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
- Flexible working – opportunity to work from home and offices in Lower Hutt or Auckland CBD.
