About the role

In this office-based role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, working closely with both internal colleagues and external partners. We value strong, lasting relationships, and while the role is primarily based in the office, collaboration is key.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Responding to inbound enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Processing customer orders and preparing accurate quotes
- Proactively following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Collaborating with the sales team to support business development and identify opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, including occasional face-to-face meetings
- Assisting with stock management and inventory control
- Supporting the day-to-day performance of the branch
- Handling general administrative tasks as needed
Hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As part of the team, you’ll typically work an 8-hour day.
Requirements- A person who has experience in a customer facing role and values a high level of customer service
- Fantastic warm and friendly telephone and face-to-face manner
- Ability to be flexible and work in a small team environment and assist where necessary
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise when things get busy
- Full Class 1 driver licence
- Intermediate level or above Computer Skills
- Great attention to detail
