Recycling Yard Customer Service Manager

We're looking for an all-round team player who can mix it with the best.
Based in Albany, the role has a bit of everything including account management and customer service but most of all you have to be committed to excellence as you represent our Company to our valued clients.
Our staff and customers are both important to us and we need someone who is hard working, responsible and enjoys being part of a successful team.
You will manage a large account of regular customers that will require price setting, negotiating and tendering for jobs. You are also the face of the business serving customers with plenty of hands-on work including scrap metal handling.- You must have 2 years of relevant customer servicing / marketing work experience or at least Level 5 Diploma or higher qualification (Subject area flexible)
This is a full-time position of at least 30 hours per week. Weekend work is required and the wage rate is $34 to $41 per hour depending on the level of experience.
