They are now looking to identify a Site Manager for a project commencing soon.
The project itself is a $30M build comprising 68 hotel rooms, 9 apartments, plus retail spaces and a conference room. This will require the staged demo of an existing heritage building with structural steel / comflor / façade system structure with interface with a heritage façade.The project is envisaged to be 20 months.
We are looking for a trade qualified site manager with 8+ years’ with a trade carpentry background. Experience in delivering hotels or apartment projects would be ideal. You will be coordinating subcontractors and trades, cost control, organising relevant materials, equipment and access and OSH.You will have a strong command of fit-out and services coordination as well as a Passive fire understanding.
Salary: $130K - $140K + Veh
