We’re known for turning up on time, delivering great solutions and challenging the status quo when needed. We’re looking for a TTM Planner who’s technically sharp, hungry to grow and ready to stand up for what’s right for our customers, our crews and our company.
About the Role
This is a sole planner role, so you’ll have ownership of TTM planning across the business. You’ll be responsible for developing and submitting high-quality Temporary Traffic Management plans that meet regulatory requirements while protecting the interests of Spray Marks and our clients.
You’ll also have opportunities to lead internal projects, such as developing new risk-based planning methods for our own works. This role suits someone who’s up for a challenge and keen to make a mark. You’ll be supported by our experienced traffic manager and wider support team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and submit TTM plans using MyWorksites, Submittica and RapidPlan
- Conduct thorough TTM risk assessments and site-specific planning
- Liaise with councils and clients to negotiate and advocate for workable solutions
- Focussed transition toward NZGTTM standards while also ensuring compliance with CoPTTM where still applicable.
- Support field teams with practical advice and plan interpretation
- Carry out site visits to support planning, quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of approvals and variations
- Holds or working towards recognised credentials (TTM Planner Warrant, TTM Risk and Planning Micro credentials)
- Familiarity with NZGTTM requirements or the ability to quickly get up to speed
- Experience with MyWorksites, Submittica, and RapidPlan is advantageous
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
