**About the Role:**
Join a leading steel roofing manufacturer for a potential 6-months role as a Machine Operator. Support the paint line team in a well-run production facility, gain valuable experience, and earn great pay.
Location: PenrosePay Rate: $29.74/hour
Shifts: Rotating 3-week roster| Mon-Sat | 12.25-hour shifts | Day & Night
Type: Potentially (6 Months), Full-time

What You'll Be Doing:
- Operate a **semi-automated production line** that applies paint to long-run roofing steel
- Start in the **paint room**, assisting with:
- Moving paint drums
- Machine setup
- Paint system washdowns
- Receive full training and gradually move into more complex machine operation
Shift Overview:
Work on a consistent 3-week rotating roster, with two day shifts and two night shifts scheduled between Monday and Saturday.- Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:00 AM
- Every Sunday Off
What We're Looking For:
- Someone with a **positive attitude** and willingness to learn
- **Physically fit**, with good attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Great **written and verbal communication skills**
- Machine operation or production experience is a bonus - not essential
