About the role | Mō te tūnga:As our Senior Practice Improvement Analyst, you'll work closely with the Practice Manager to identify opportunities for process efficiencies and lead the design and documentation of improvements.You'll engage with stakeholders across IST, develop practical solutions, and ensure processes are centralised and accessible.This role is key to driving quality, consistency, and innovation in how we work.This role can be based in either Wellington or Auckland.

Key responsibilities include:Analyse and improve business processes using structured methodologiesDesign and document workflows, SOPs, and technical processesLead delivery of improvement initiatives using Agile or Lean principlesFacilitate workshops and engage cross

What you bring | Ōu pūmanawatanga:We're looking for someone who brings a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and people skills.
You'll be confident working across complex systems and have a knack for turning insights into action.Proven experience in process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile)Strong documentation and process mapping skillsSkilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship managementExperience facilitating workshops and driving team alignmentStrategic thinker with sound judgement and problem-solving abilityExcellent communication skills
