About the RoleAre you a New Graduate from the Bachelor of Perioperative Practice who is looking for an opportunity to develop your clinical capabilities? We have fixed term opportunities to cover Parental Leave, and we are looking for new graduates who are ready to develop your clinical capabilities in an environment where there is ongoing education, supportive clinical coaching and the opportunity to work in all theatres that include:Trauma and critical careElective and acute theatres which include gynaecology, urology, orthopaedics, plasticsGeneral surgical theatres include colorectal, breast surgery and endoscopic proceduresOur complex and challenging theatres include cardiothoracic, vascular, neurosurgery, maxillofacial, otolaryngology andWe also look after our paediatric patients from neonates to over 2’s and upMuch more including the possibility to work in our Cardiac teamKey responsibilities:Being responsible for assisting in and delivery and evaluation of safe and appropriate centred care within the delivery of anaesthesia to a patientProviding a professional manner, skilled, clinical and technical assistance to the anaesthetistWorking part of the theatre team in providing maximum quality care to patients undergoing anaesthesia.The salary for this position will be based on experience and in line with the Allied, Public Health, Scientific and Technical Collective Agreement.
