We offer premium service and support to boat owners in our growing coastal community across a broad range of marine engines and vessels, giving you the stability of a true trusted brand alongside the variety and challenge of different jobs every day.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Outboard Technician to join our team; carrying out general maintenance, servicing & repairs, diagnostics, electronics & accessory installs, new outboard & boat sales and repowers.

• Work with a supportive, friendly crew of passionate humans who love where we live!
• Work with variety across all makes & models alongside the reliable and innovative Honda Marine product range
• Training opportunities with Honda Marine products and other industry experts
• Flexible hours, 4 or 5 day weeks, 9 day fortnight peak season

• Experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving
• Productive and efficient work ethic
• Pride in your work
• A team player with good communication

• Experience with any leading outboard brands (e.g. Honda, Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, etc.)
• Diagnostic software proficiency
• WOF Inspector
