Three Rivers Contracting is a well-established agricultural contracting business based in Wyndham, delivering baleage, silage, cultivation, earthworks, and transport services throughout the region. We’re looking for a capable and motivated Business Administrator to take charge of our office systems, compliance processes, and health & safety documentation. This is a varied and rewarding role that supports the whole team and plays a vital part in keeping the business on track.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office administration tasks and general support duties
- Oversee health & safety systems, inductions, incident reporting, and compliance registers
- Process payroll, leave records, and timesheets
- Manage accounts payable/receivable using Xero, including invoicing and reconciliation
- Maintain and update spreadsheets for project tracking and scheduling
- Provide PA support to the directors (e.g. calendar management and follow-up)
- Support onboarding of new staff and maintain staff compliance records
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach
- Proven experience in admin, compliance, or office management
- Strong working knowledge of Xero and payroll (Xero Payroll preferred)
- Confident using Excel and general computer systems
- Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
- A self-starter with a positive attitude and initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Health & safety knowledge (preferred, but training provided)
- Experience in rural/agricultural contracting (a bonus, but not essential)
