First Year Hairdressing Apprentice

At Jan Waite Hairdressing, we’re passionate about delivering high-quality hair services in a welcoming and stylish environment. We're currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic first-year apprentice to join our friendly team. If you’re passionate about the hair industry and eager to learn from experienced professionals, we’d love to hear from you!

• Has a keen interest in hairdressing and the beauty industry
• Is well-groomed, presentable, and takes pride in their personal appearance
• Is reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Displays a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys working with people
• Has strong communication skills and enjoys working in a team environment
• May have a basic understanding of hairdressing but not necessary.

• Assisting senior stylists with clients and salon duties
• Washing, blow-drying, and applying treatment.
• General cleaning and salon upkeep
• Learning hairdressing techniques through training
• Engaging in customer service and maintaining a welcoming salon atmosphere

• A supportive and fun learning environment
• Ongoing training and mentorship from experienced stylists
• A chance to be part of a creative and passionate team
