Greerton - Property Maintenance Manager

We are a Green/Gold Kiwifruit, Avocado and Dairy Farming operation based in Aongatete, Bay of Plenty. We are looking for an individual for the role of Property Maintenance Manager. The hourly rate for this Property Maintenance Manager position is $30 per hour.

Guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week.

You will be required to:

Manage and carry out maintenance on our property infrastructure.
Maintain tracks and roading (Class 5 Truck License required)
Manage logistics and loading/offloading deliveries (Forklift License required)
Carry out mowing and spraying across orchard and farm.
Liaise with all staff operating on property.
Manage and comply with Health & Safety regulations.

Relevant qualifications and relevant work experience in Kiwifruit, Avocados and Farming are beneficial. Please note you will need your First Aid Certificate, Class 5 Truck License, Forklift License and Grow Safe Certificate. Knowledge of Orcharding and Farming health and safety regulations and requirements are essential.
