Job Description: We are currently seeking reliable and skilled Class 5 Drivers to join our team on a fixed-term contract.
The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting safely and efficiently within designated routes.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Class 5 vehicles in a safe, efficient, and courteous manner.Ensure timely delivery of goods as per schedule.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
Maintain accurate records of driving activities, including mileage, fuel consumption, and delivery logs.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding safety and transportation.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and passengers.
Qualifications:
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.Previous driving experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of local and regional roadways.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
