Labourer - Auckland

$25 – $30 per hour

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking General Labourers to join our team in Auckland. As a General Labourer, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support across a variety of construction and maintenance projects. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and a range of employee benefits.

• Assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks, such as loading and unloading materials, operating power tools, and performing general site clean-up
• Maintaining a safe and organised work environment by following all health and safety protocols
• Demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Collaborating with team members to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Adapting to changing priorities and working conditions as needed

• Previous experience as a General Labourer or in a similar construction or maintenance role
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour tasks
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
