In this role, you'll make informed decisions that improve safety and minimise harm to passengers and road users, support and share knowledge with the Safer Commercial Transport teams, and liaise with a range of stakeholders.

- certification or relevant experience.Experience handling cases in a regulatory or compliance environment.Case management or compliance management background.Experience with front-facing regulatory roles.Good understanding of legislation and the ability to interpret and apply rules.Energetic, agile, and a great team fit
- this is a fast-paced role for someone who can make decisions quickly.You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori.
You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public service.
