Balclutha - Office Administrator

South Otago Transport (1999) is an established rural transport company based in Balclutha.

This position provides administrative support to the transport and workshop managers.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the day-to-day running of the office
  • Processing accounts receivable to ensure all monthly invoicing of debtors is completed
  • Processing accounts payable accurately
  • HR & Payroll
  • Compliance
  • Other general administrative duties
The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous administration experience (MYOB, Payroll, Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • A high degree of confidentiality required

This role is a minimum of 30 hours, Monday-Friday, and provides lots of variety with no two days the same.
