White Wood Homes, a respected family-owned construction company, seeks an experienced and qualified Carpenter to join our team in the Waikato. This is a full-time role with opportunities for career progression within our expanding business. As an experienced or qualified builder, you will play a key part in the execution of high-quality residential projects.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a passion for carpentry and high-quality workmanship.
• Has a strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Can be a site leader and can create an environment that motivates and inspires team members to perform at their best.
• A genuine and honest person who has great communication skills and gets on well with others.
• A full NZ drivers licence with own reliable transport.
