About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Manager for our B3 Orthopaedics unit, you will lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality patient care. Your role will involve overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest clinical standards, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

You will play a key role in service development, staff mentorship, and implementing best practices in orthopaedic nursing. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about patient-centered care and team development.

About the Team/Service/ Location

Our B3 Orthopaedics unit is a dynamic and supportive team committed to providing excellent orthopaedic care to our patients. We specialize in post-operative rehabilitation, trauma recovery, and elective orthopaedic procedures, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.

About you

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will bring:

  • A current New Zealand Registered Nurse practicing certificate.
  • Extensive experience in orthopaedic nursing with a strong clinical background.
  • Proven leadership and management experience within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • A passion for quality improvement and patient-centered care.
