This is an exciting role that will be varied and busy! The purpose of this role is to support the Restaurant Manager to deliver outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit in the restaurant.
Your key responsibilities will include supervising employees to ensure that the restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to. You will engage will crew and fellow managers to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Maccas Experience to life on every shift.
You will also ensure the compliance of safety and security standards to create a safe working environment for our employees and customers.In addition to supervising employees you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager to coordinate the various functions and systems that are critical to the success of the restaurant.

- Be a proficient Assistant Restaurant Manager who can effectively implement systems in their department

- Successful applicants must be able to work a range of different shifts Monday to Sunday including overnights as this restaurant operates 24/7. You will also be responsible for any costs associated with applying for this, including but not limited to, relocation and visa costs.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum qualification required is McDonalds Assistant Restaurant Management training of EMP or Department Manager (CEM, PPM, PQM) or above. A similar level with a minimum of 2 years experience in QSR will also be considered.
Payrate range $29.70 - $32 per hour

We are looking for a Cleaner to join our small team. The position is fulltime and can start immediately. Hours are flexible and may include night shifts and weekends depending on the job orders. We guarantee of 30 hours per week.
