- Oversee all construction operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and performance.
- Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members and other operational staff.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets
- Monitor cost-control measures and ensure projects meet financial objectives.
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or client concerns promptly and professionally. • Ensure clear communication and regular reporting to all stakeholders.
- Ensure all operations comply with local laws, regulations, and industry standards, including health and safety requirements.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
Qualifications and Experience:
3 Years of work experience OR Level 4 OR Higher qualification is preferable- Be part of a dynamic and growing company.
