The difference you’ll make
Becoming part of the Stratco operations family, your role will include:
- Operating metal folding, roll forming, and pressing machinery with precision and care
- Manufacturing products to meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Assisting with general housekeeping to maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Working collaboratively across teams and contributing to a positive workplace culture
- Participating in toolbox talks and team meetings
- Championing workplace safety by following critical safety procedures and helping maintain a safe working environment for everyone
- Previous experience as a machine operator/production worker
- Whilst advantageous to have experience with sheet metal equipment — especially roll formers, folders, and press brakes, it’s not essential.
- FLT licence preferred, but not essential
- A reliable team player with a proactive, can-do mindset
- A practical problem solver, who can think on their feet
