The Role
We’re looking for a motivated, reliable person to join our retail team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same - from helping customers in-store, to arranging stock and deliveries, to supporting our busy workshop.
Key Responsibilities- Serving customers in-store and over the phone
- Presenting and maintaining displays and store cleanliness
- Stock ordering, receiving, and stock takes
- Sales of whiteware, small appliances, TVs, computers, phones, and accessories
- Supporting the workshop team with admin tasks
- Friendly, approachable, and great with people
- Organized, reliable, and willing to pitch in where needed
- Willing to learn about a wide range of products
- Basic computer skills (training provided on in-house systems)
- Approx. 37.5–43 hrs per week
- Monday–Friday, plus rostered Saturdays (10:00 am – 1:00 pm)
