**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to join our highly dedicated team at Richmond Road Medical Centre caring for our population of approximately 6,000 patients. You will be a key member of the leadership team, focused on the development of initiatives and the quality improvement of services provided to the community that we support, and you will become a part of Green Cross Health, one of NZ's largest healthcare networks.
**About You**
We are looking for someone who has a passion for primary health care and has ideally worked in the health sector.
People skills and operational leadership will be important, as well as financial planning, budgeting, and accounts management. You will be able to thrive in the challenging and often changing environment of primary healthcare.
You will be skilled at fostering teamwork and to supporting your colleagues and deliver excellent service through positivity, energy, enthusiasm, and resilience to this varied and exciting role.
**Key Attributes**- Experienced in people, process and commercial management.
- Professional, resilient, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in Health Management is desirable but not essential.
- Working knowledge of Medtech Evolution is desirable but not essential.
