Foreman - Queenstown
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Foreman with concrete structual experience to lead a team on a construction site in Queenstown. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to step into a leadership role, manage quality builds, and be part of a company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and teamwork.
About the Role:As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to spec, and to the highest standard. You will lead by example, supervising a team, liaising with subcontractors, and coordinating with project managers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a construction site
- Must be able to occasionally get on the tools if required
- Be self driven as well as being able to motivate the team on-site
- Have concrete structual experience
- Be able to push yourself and the team to complete all task before the deadline
- Maintain site safety and compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are used efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and management
About You:
- Proven experience in a Foreman/Site Supervisor role
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent understanding of building processes and codes
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship
- Current Full NZ Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Own tools (if needed)
