We are in need of 2 Shift Supervisors to assist with the smooth running of each shift and supporting and reporting to the Assistant Manager ensuring deliveries go out on time, make sure staff are engaged and trained, customers’ expectations are exceeded and high-quality delicious pizzas are being made to our Pizza Hut standard.
As an Shift Supervisor, you will: Provide an excellent customer service and drive a customer service culture across the store.
Be responsible for running shifts in the Managers absence.Train and coach staff.
Be part of ordering and managing wastage.
Assist with the overall running of a busy fast food store.
We are looking for people withExperience in a supervisory role where you have managed a shift with staff.
At least 1 year retail / fast food experience to help with the running of the store.
Reliability, energy, integrity, and drive to succeed.
Experience within a customer service environment (hospitality or retail preferred)

Full time employment guaranteed 30 hours minimum per week. Note our stores operate late and are 7 day trading stores hours therefore working hours will be rostered and may require you to work evenings, public holidays and weekends. Clean drivers license required for delivery as needed.
