This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and have strong understanding of retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting mobile phones, computers, accessories, and related products based on their needs and preferences.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, warranties, repair services, and pricing.
- Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Respond to customer enquiries in person, by phone, and through electronic communication channels.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is correctly labelled and stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock ordering, receiving, stock replenishment, and stocktakes.
- Coordinate customer repair bookings and maintain records of devices received for repair.
- Liaise with repair technicians regarding customer repair requests and update customers on repair progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
- Handle customer complaints and service issues professionally and escalate complex matters when required.
- Assist in promoting products, services, special offers, and warranty plans to customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies relating to sales, customer service, workplace health and safety, and data privacy.
Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.A passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
