You'll be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming all customers, offering great advice and guiding them to products and services they'll love.
- Building lasting relationships with customers through exceptional service.
- Working collaboratively with Management and sales team to ensure seamless customer support.
- Assisting with stock management, including daily/weekly stock-takes and merchandising displays.
- Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge on all devices, accessories, and services offered.
- Overseeing and coordinating device repairs, including liaising with customers and performing in-house repairs if trained and competent.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
- Identifying opportunities for business expansion and contributing to sales targets.
We're Looking For Someone Who has:
- Previous Management experience
- Sales and results driven and experience in working with KPI's and exceeding targets (previous experience in Sales in mandatory)
- MUST have worked in a customer facing industry (face to face retail environment)
- Positive, enthusiastic, and encouraging.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Proactive in identifying improvements and new ideas.
- Knowledgeable or eager to learn about mobile devices and accessories.
- Committed to maintaining a safe and organised work environment.
Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Greeting customers and providing excellent advice.
- Working with sales targets (KPI's)
- Achieving and exceeding your sales targets.
- Ensuring seamless service and support.
- Assisting with stock and merchandising.
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge.
- Coordinating and potentially performing device repairs.
- Following health and safety policies.
- Identifying new product/service opportunities.
- Contributing to sales targets and business improvements.
