As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and versatile Class 5 Truck Driver to join our team.
The Role:We're seeking a reliable and skilled Class 5 Truck Driver to operate Class 4 and 5 trucks, as well as trailers. Your responsibilities will involve:
- Driving: Primarily operating hook trucks (Class 4 and Class 5), with some transport driving (Class 5 truck and trailer).
- Stay-Away Jobs: Some jobs will require travel out of town with overnight stays.
- Manual Work: From time to time, you'll need to jump in and assist with manual demolition work, so being fit and ready to help out on-site is a must.
- Class 5 Licence (with experience driving Class 4 hook trucks and Class 5 truck and trailers)
- Good knowledge of transport regulations and health & safety practices
- Physically fit and willing to assist with manual demolition tasks as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility for out-of-town work and overnight stays
