We’re a locally owned picture framing and photo printing store based in Levin, helping customers preserve memories with high-quality prints, scans, frames and more. With a strong reputation for personal service and craftsmanship, we’re now seeking an individual to assist our retail and digital photo services while one of our team members transitions into a picture framing role.

About the Role

This full-time position is a mix of front-of-house customer service and behind-the-scenes digital work. You’ll be working with photos, scanners, and Photoshop, helping customers with orders, prints, and projects. Every day is a little different!

Key Responsibilities:

Operating our photo scanning equipment and software

Using Photoshop to prepare customer orders (retouching, layout, resizing)

Providing exceptional in-store service for photo, print, and gift orders

Assisting with online orders and enquiries

Supporting the daily operations of a busy but friendly shop

Hours

Full-time (approx. 35–38 hours/week)

Monday–Friday, with rostered Saturdays when needed

Ideal Candidate

Confident using Adobe Photoshop and image editing software

Experience with photo scanning or similar workflows

Great communication and customer service skills

Reliable, friendly, and proactive in a small team

Retail experience (camera/photo store, print shop, or similar) highly preferred
