About the Role:
We are seeking a full-time, permanent tractor operator to join our team based at our Winchester yard. This is a varied role that could include working in different parts of the business as needed, such as silage, baling, cultivation, and drilling.

During the off-season, this role will include maintenance work in our new workshop, tractor driving when required, and helping with any other projects we have on at the time.

What We’re Looking For: At least 3 years experience in operating agricultural machinery

Practical experience operating agricultural machinery
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
A reliable team player with a solid work ethic and positive attitude
Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
Full NZ car driver’s license

NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa
