Legal Assistant and Receptionist

About the role:
- Setting files up, searching titles, entering data and drafting letters to clients
- Preparing legal documents including wills, powers of attorney, etc
- General file assistance including copying, scanning and collating paperwork for files
- management of administrative emails and client enquiries
- preparing invoices and reporting letters
- coordinating and managing client appointments and staff calendars
- greeting clients and visitors to the office and general reception tasks
- Being part of a supportive and friendly team environment

- Previous experience in a law firm role preferred
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- High level of computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, etc)
- Ideally some experience with LINZ
- We are a small but dynamic local law firm with offices in Paraparaumu and Waikanae
- We pride ourselves on providing great service to our clients but in a down-to-earth and friendly way
