Factory Team Member

• Full time hours - Day shift!
• 3-day weekends!

This is a fantastic opportunity where you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative work environment, with the chance to grow your skills and contribute to the company's success.

The role is Tuesday - Friday 7am - 5pm.

Daily Responsibilities as a Factory Team Member:

• Machine operation including filling machines, case packers, and palletizing robots
• Assisting with general production line duties, such as sorting, quality control, and packing products
• Dealing with damaged and wasted product to maximize production uptime
• Performing product packing and batching
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness on the production line and equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous factory work experience is ideal, but not essential
• Physically fit and able to lift 25 kg repetitively - you wont need a gym membership!
• Reliable, honest, and a team player who enjoys working with a diverse group
