Administration Assistant

We are a local manufacturing business and have been serving the local community for the past 40 Years.
We have an opportunity for a person who has experience in demonstrating Administrator Office support for the vital smooth running of our business.
This role will be a full-time position 40 hours per week
The Skills and Attributes we are looking for are:-
Experience in General Office Administration
Good Computer Skills
Excellent Communication Skills with clear written and verbal spoken English
Great time Management and organization skills
Ability to be accurate.
The skills to take instruction and work independently.

A good work ethic with the desire to work hard and contribute to our great team environment.

Some Key Tasks include: Social Media Advertising for the business

Scheduling and managing incoming work through our
Service M8 System
General Administration phone and face to face enquiries
Creditors
Booking Quotation Appointments for our Sales Team

General administration tasks as required
