• Planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes and daily

• Organising raw material procurement and machinery to support workflow.
• Ensuring manufacturing efficiency, optimal use of equipment and labour,

• Monitoring production output and adjusting processes to meet changing

• Implementing and overseeing quality control programs to maintain

• Ensuring all processes align with NZ food safety, MPI, and regulatory

• Conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and maintaining records of

• Allocating tasks, monitoring workforce performance, and conducting staff

• Promoting a safe, positive, and productive working environment.

• Analysing production data and identifying areas for cost reduction,

• Applying lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies

• Recommending and overseeing upgrades to machinery, layout, and

• Enforcing workplace health and safety policies.
• Identifying potential hazards and leading incident investigations.
• Ensuring all safety protocols are followed and equipment is maintained

• Managing inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to avoid

• Coordinating with procurement and warehouse teams for just-in-time

2 years of work experience OR level 4 OR higher qualification is preferable
