Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated store manager to run the daily operations of our bakery café. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in the food and beverage industry, with a strong focus on customer service, staff management, and operational excellence.

The Manager will work closely with the supporting team and director to ensure the smooth running of the business and uphold the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management:

o overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.

o manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain logistics for all bakery and café products.
o Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations at all times.
  • Staff Supervision:

o training, and supervising bakery and café staff, ensuring they meet performance and customer service standards.

o Help create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage throughout all shifts.
o Support the development of a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and promoting staff morale.
  • Product Quality Control:
o maintaining high standards for product quality and presentation in the bakery and café.
o Conduct regular quality checks alongside to ensure product consistency.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
o Ensure excellent customer service by training staff and addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
o Support initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
o Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to the Management team
  • Financial Assistance:
o Participate in marketing and promotional efforts to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:

o Support the implementation and adherence to health and safety protocols in the bakery and café.

o Ensure all food handling, preparation, and storage areas meet the required hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications: o Experience in team management and customer service.

  • Bachelors degree in business management or above is essential
  • Skills:

o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

o Excellent communication abilities.
o Knowledge of baking and café operations.
o Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Education:
o A degree or certification in hospitality management, or Business management is required
