This is not your typical hospo role. The 19th combines golf simulators, a vibrant bar atmosphere, and a strong focus on customer experience. We’re a new business, growing fast, and building a team that genuinely enjoys coming to work.
What we’re looking for
We want someone who:- Naturally prioritises customer experience – you notice when someone needs help before they ask
- Brings energy and positivity to every shift
- Takes ownership – you treat the venue like it’s your own
- Is comfortable leading shifts and supporting the team
- Is reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
- Running shifts and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Delivering outstanding service across bar and simulator areas
- Supporting and guiding staff on shift
- Opening/closing the venue and handling cash processes
- Creating a fun, welcoming environment where people want to stay longer
- Previous hospitality experience required (Duty Manager qualification required)
- Tech savvy – our simulators are a big part of the experience
- Golf knowledge is a bonus, but definitely not essential
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends
