Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced and reliable automotive mechanic to join our busy workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide variety of vehicles. You must be able to work independently, maintain high standards of workmanship, and contribute positively to our team.

• Perform general mechanical repairs and maintenance on a range of vehicles
• Diagnose faults using diagnostic equipment and manual methods
• Complete Warrant of Fitness (WoF) inspections (if certified)
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace

• Proven experience as a qualified automotive engineer
• Current WoF certification is an advantage (but not essential)
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Full NZ driver’s licence
• Honest, reliable, and committed to quality service
