Are you a hands-on, energetic person who enjoys physical work and loves working with people? We are on the lookout for a reliable and enthusiastic team player to join our Ruakaka Landscape Supplies Team on Saturdays.
This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors and is keen to contribute to a well-run, customer focused yard.
What you will be doing:
- Keeping our yard clean, tidy and well-maintained.
- Loading customer trailers with landscape supplies and growing media
- Basic office duties and point of sale transactions
- Opening and Closing/Securing the yard each day
- If you have a forklift and/or wheels endorsement BONUS!
If not, we are happy to provide training.
What we are looking for:- A friendly and approachable attitude with excellent communication skills
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
- A team player who also has initiative and can work confidently independently
- Reliable and hardworking
Hours: Saturday 8.00 am – 3.00 pm with the option of extra hours to cover when staff are away.
