Jim Russ Collision repair, a reputable and growing panel beating business in beautiful Kerikeri, Northland, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Estimator / Production Manager to oversee our workshop operations

• Accurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates.
• Liaise with customers, insurance assessors, and suppliers.
• Plan, schedule, and manage workshop production to ensure timely and efficient completion of jobs.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to industry standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment.

• Proven experience as an Estimator and/or Production Manager in the automotive repair industry (panel beating preferred).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
• A valid driver's license.
