Project Coordinator - People & Culture at Te Whatu Ora -

About the Role The purpose of the Project Coordinator role is to provide a range of day-to-day coordination functions, including project co-ordination and team support, to enable the Workforce Planning and Development teams to deliver on high-quality work programmes.
This involves support in developing and monitoring project plans including risks, reporting, scheduling of meetings and supporting project groups and other project support as required. The role will also support the collation and response to an OIAs or other requests for information.The Project Coordinator will organise and participate in stakeholder communications and meetings and help ensure that project deadlines are met.
The team has a range of projects at any point in time, and the project coordinator will provide support and knowledge across projects to ensure that they run smoothly.About you You have a minimum of three years' experience in project coordination and administration roles, where you've supported the delivery of projects by producing project plans, reports, and other key project artefacts.
You bring a solid working knowledge of project methodologies and apply them confidently in your work.You excel at prioritising, using your initiative, and working under pressure to meet deadlines in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
