The Role
As a Joiner at Merit Joinery, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our joinery manufacturing operations. You’ll work on a variety of projects, producing high-quality kitchens, laundries, wardrobe systems and more in a cost-effective and time-sensitive manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Assembly: Measure, cut, and build products to a consistently high standard with minimal errors.
- Machine Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently, Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workshop environment.
- Site Work: Assist with the delivery and installation of products, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in a safe, tidy manner.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications/Experience:- Full driver’s licence.
- Joinery Experience (3-5 years is ideal).
- High level of care and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve.
- Conscientious and target-driven.
